Got this mail today but don't understand a single word of it! Could someone here tranlate it please?

OK thanks folks for the translation!! Don't blame me for the typos!! It's a "cut & paste"!!
And no Java I didn't open the attachment!! Deleted it!
For the seven years I've had a computer this is the closest I've ever been to having a virus on my system!! (Don't have a virus detecter/cleaner installed)

I got this damn email too since last year
in french, spanish, english, japaneese and italian
and I also received one with only a file atached but no email anywhere, no title, no text so I can not include it on my ban list
