Logging Error Every Startup/Reboot

Error 33 in Event Log

This started with the last update to Object Dock 2. I'm logging an application error on every startup/reboot:

Activation context generation failed for "D:\Program Files (x86)\ObjectDockPlus2\Dock64.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I'm running Win 7 Ultimate x64, This is copied from Window Blinds:

I believe this may have something to do with the VC++ redistributable not being up to date or something similiar.

Thanks.

While troubleshooting an entirely unrelated issue, I ran across similar in my event viewer log:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus2\Dock64.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.DebugCRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

This isn't a new issue apparently as there are several similar going back several months.  Odd thing is that I haven't recently run Object Dock 2 Plus, and the latest event occured while I was sleeping (my computer never sleeps...) so I'm not sure what would trigger anything from Dock at all at 3:43am.

I'm on 7x64.  ObjectDock 2 Plus version 1.99b.054.  Though again, this particular error in the log goes back as far as my last log cleanup (April).

You might try posting in the ObjectDock Plus 2 beta thread.

I'm getting a similar error even after uninstalling and reinstalling the new version. Anyone got a fix yet?  I should add that it's not the Beta version, and I'm running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. It was working fine and suddenly started crashing with this error.
