That just proves their ignorance and determination to continue stealing other peoples work.  Me thinks more drastic measures will need to be taken to try bringing their site down altogether... like that's the only thing that'll stop 'em... as in NO safe haven to hide in.

Have just been reading what`s going on. I went to grim`s page on deviantart a few minutes before this post, and saw a screenshot of his new skin called Toxic. It will be ready in about 3 weeks.  Here is a link to =MrGrim01`s page- http://mrgrim01.deviantart.com/ .It has some features similar to venom, and i didn`t see poison so i can`t tell if is the same as toxic.

Yep...he's back at it! Recolored green and added a fastener to the Start Menu... more stolen graphics in the open windows. I guess his idea of originality involves going from "Poison" to "Toxic".

Someone do us all a favor?  Burn his Thesaurus!

I saw that he mentioned using Venom docks Jim. The problem is that they aren't very visible...in fact I tried very hard to see them and couldn't. Even though I made several Venom docks...my guess is that they are actually John's docks since as best as I can tell they look like the angled side shelf docks and I never made any of those. So it's just another thing added to the list of stuff stolen from John.

That orange dock looks like one of the Sexy Docks from waaaaay back.

I checked out his deathstar skin and it looks a lot like a WB I had awhile back. I can't seem to remember the name though. Sorry. What got me was the task bar and the way it opens up for the pages.

This time I asked that he be banned across the whole site since he clearly has no understanding of copyright infringement or respect for other peoples work and nothing less than a total ban will get the point across.

I just now posted this little message on SergioGarcia9's site...

"Obviously you and your boy Grim don't get it! Once again he is using someone else graphics. Merely recoloring and changing small parts of the skin are not acceptable and is again copyright infringement and until it stops we won't stop. This is not a game...we've been doing "our own" graphics for years and will not sit idly by and watch as your group continues to steal graphics and then tries to profit from them. This is no different than you coming through the windows of our homes and stealing. Learn how to make your own graphics and you won't have this problem. We will continue to monitor this group until it stops. And telling us he is no longer a part of your group isn't going to wash anymore either since it's obvious you continue to support him.

You can ban us all you want from posting here but that is not going to stop us from stopping you and your groups. At this point we are now requesting a complete ban from DeviantArt and then we will focus all our attention on the rest of your sites/groups until you are stopped. Me thinks I must've been a bad boy somewhere along the line.... I cannot comment on any of his pages/skins, etc.  It's like I can view everything but I'm unable to access anything interactive for some reason.

Maybe he came over and read that I'd remove all his nostril hairs.

And you KNOW Jeff will sic his lawyers on him if he doesn't comply!

99 times out of 100 arguing with someone who does not understand IP rights [or doesn't care to] does exactly nothing, other than make you hoarse.

Yeah I saw that guy...no idea who he is...he's well intentioned but going a bit overboard with his posts and it would be great if he could spell. And everywhere he posts now those guys probably think he's from here. I put him on watch as well just to keep an eye on him. Seems he's even set up a site there.
