[eMOD][BuildingMod][XiwiMod] Lumbermills, must exterminate!! the forests

A building placeable ONLY on forests, which gives materials as production. It also does clean the forest, so you can use the other tiles afterwards.

Can be built by Kingdom and empire factions.

It uses resources that were commented/unused in original game xml (Industrious races were supposed to be able to build a version of these, but wasn't working for me) .

TO DO LIST:

- Fix exploit with demolishing Lumbermill to clean multiple forest tiles at no cost.

Great mod.  It will help when you start stuck between forests and the coasts.  Also just the thing for dealing with the Elves in the Elf mod I see being worked on.

This didn't get much attention, which is a shame. I think it is a cool idea. Have you done anything else with this? I know there are a number of people around the forums that have expressed an interest in making better use of terrain like forests.

people may find it hard to DL from your link as is.

 

in chrome i had to copy into the address bar, inspect element then copy the xml. it didn't download as a normal file.

Copy the address, then paste it in the Link Icon address field on the tool bar and it will become directly download-able from DB.
