SDC and Stardock support....no help at all...aaaaaargh!

SDC wont let me update SSXP or WB.I purchased SS XP and it comes bundled with WB4,so you dont get a serial # for WBs'.Cant even update SS XP.I had the checkbox for show prerelease versions checked but now it dosnt even show.I have emailed Stardock support several times and get no response.
How do I get the latest version of both programs?I'm ready to start a new WB but would like to have the latest versions first so I dont leave anything out.

Unless you have an ObjectDesktop subscription, you can't download the alpha and beta builds .............. you have to wait for released versions.

I see...So whatabout WB4.1,thats not a beta .Plus I thought there was an update to SS 3.0.0 build 619.SDC shows that I installed 3.0.8 or something like that but in SS "about" it still shows 3.0.0 build 619.If Stardock support would answer me I might get somewhere. Thanks Koasati.

I.R. Brainiac - you'll drive yourself crazy trying to see which version of whatever you have installed using 'about'. SDC should show the right version....should be 3.00.008.

Well, for what it's worth, go here for SS beta https://www.stardock.com/products/skinstudio/downloads.asp
As far as WB, you either have to buy it or buy ObjectDesktop to get a serial #. At this point I would think you're better off with the latter and be done with it.....

Yrag,I did buy it,it comes with SS XP .They tack 10.00 onto the price of SS and include WB4.But you only get one serial #.

You could go to https://www.stardock.com/support/ and type in your email. It will send you all pertinant links and/or serials you should need. It will include updated links if programs have been updated and you are eligible.

That wont work for WB4 if you got it bundled with SS XP.

Yep...in SDC hit the 'chat' tab. Should log you right in (if not change settings to your liking) Fumble around until you get someone...usually if you just type 'hi' someone will pop up.
