No, and probably no.
Can't be done.
You can combine certain things, but there comes a point when things conflict.
Have you even read the modding tutorials?
that's not true as long as you do a proper raceconfig it should work your probably using some of my mods its cool with me as long as you give proper credit.
I made my self a mod that combines Tolmekian's, HRG 2.0 and a few modifications of mine. But it wouldn't be fair to release it to the public since it is 99% based on other people's hard work.
