Roderick, most of these Themes, skinz, and objects require that you run a program to utilize them. The Object Desktop can be had @
https://www.stardock.com . You need to purchase the product, allthough there are trial versions, for you to give a spin to see if you want to fork over the cash to keep then for good. It is well worth the price of admission. I am fairly sure that they will work on all forms of windows.
I am running it on Beta XP, but have run them on every flavour of windows, there is...

It should be noted that win95 is on the verge of not being supported by most desktop enhancement software. The OS is just too old, and not capable of performing some of the newer features. That's not to say that the programs don't work on 95, but please check with tech suport before buying products to make sure that you won't have a problem (or try out the shareware versions first.)

Roderick, when you're in a category (say Beatnik, KewlpAd, Coolplayer, etc.) click on the name of the program to get linked to the programs homepage.
Example: If you click on the Coolplayer section in the Highlighted apps box up there on the ledft, the first skin right now is:
BlackBanana for CoolPlayer
Click on the word Coolplayer, wham you'll go on Coolplayer'S homepage.

From the program's homepage you can usually download the program (or a trial program if it's payware).
