Janusk in my latest game was a researcher, not the +1 gilder. Later in the game he changed back to +1 and stopped research in its tracks for a while. I have the current game version.
His skill changed mid-game? He normally gets a random job in each game, so it may not always be the same one if you restart.
For janusk it is 90% of the tim ethe gildar one, and the other 10% the +1 Research, never anything else threw 1.05-1.08b , always seems to roll like that , still the same in this version on the 9/10 aprox.
