Themes.org and LiteSTEP.net?

Anyone have the inside track as to what's going on with these sites? Returning? Hosting probs? Data corrption/loss?

I can't claim inside track, but the themes.org server also had litestep.net on it. The box was compromised very badly and currently sits in the hands of the FBI. Litestep.net has a backup but its a couple of months old (pre themes org tie-in days).
Litestep.net admins are talking about at least another month, probably more. Likely to be hosted by themes.org as well.
That info is from a few different letters on the Litestep mailing list as well as some posted news on LS2K. Best I can remember at this late hour anyway
