wbload.exe error

whenever i try to run windowbinds, it says "wbload.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
why does it say this, and how can i fix it???

I had the same problem a while go, I found the only solution was to re-install Windowblinds. That fixed my problem. Try it and see if it fixes yours...
