Thank you. First I want to get my hands dirty in the modding to know what can or cannot be done. I want to see the mod in action. Then we could dress up a list of important missing features that we cannot implement in any other ways. There is still a lot of stuff we can manage to work around to achieve similar results.

I am not so sure, apparently they make "poutine" with sliced cheese which could be considered as a crime here in montreal. My friend in edmonton said that out food in Quebec is much better than the rest of Canada. I was surprised. I thought the only thing we had was "Poutine" and maple sirup. Apparently, there is a restaurant in Edmonton that serves Atlantic food, which is in fact Quebec's food.

It's funny, he told me he once asked for a "Hot chicken" (which is a name of a meal) and the waiter said "Well, all our chickens are served hot". If you ask for smoked meet, they will give you rose beef.
