Getting desktop 1.99b

the farthest my component manager can update my desktopx is 1.96b. i see people with 1.99b and i was wondering how i could get it

The link takes you to the download page for Stardock Central. That progam enables you to download the latest versions of your software. Component manager is being phased out.
