problem with windowblinds

Okay have wb4 and once in awhile everything in display properties, under appearance tab, just seems to go away, no windowblinds at all, but the icon down in the corner on the tray is still there but it doesn't work either. the only way I've found to get everything back working is to go ahead and reinstall it and that's getting old. any other way, because each time I
reinstall it I have to put in serial number and it's getting old. I think this shouldn't be happening. what do you think? let me know if I can fix this or not. thanks,

Not sure why this is happening. Do you have window blinds configureds to start when windows starts? Why it sometimes doesnt show up in diplay properties/appearance but yet the WB icon IS in the system tray is beyond me, but you can access your WB skins and settings by double clicking on the icon in the system tray. If the icon IS there, WB is loaded and you should not have to keep re-installing it. Good luck

I am having the same problem for days now and noone can help. I have reinstalled 6 times now and still have nothing under display. Calling all HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Vtach--- don't really know how this message board works but anyway the support team at stardock gave me some information about this problem and I tried it and seems to be working so here it is if you want to try it. Download it and then register your windowblinds

download and install
http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral102a.exe


Or you can use our lookup feature at www.stardock.com/support/ and
have your account information and serial numbers emailed to you. Also
included in the email is a link to download Stardock Central download
manager. Use this link to download and install SDCentral. This
program will allow you to get update and patches to all registered
Stardock programs.
