Error downloading new DesktopX Rev. 1.99(b).004

Hello!

I've been trying to download the latest and greatest version of DesktopX....rev.1.99(b).004 (beta) and it fails everytime. I've tried rebooting, unloading all running apps, with WBlinds on/off, with DesktopX on/off. Can't think of anything else to do but scratch my head. Help?
