I've only JUST joined this site so please don't laugh at my problem

I downloaded cursors XP thats all ive done and installed it but.................

HOW DO YOU MAKE CURSORS ON IT AND PUT THEM UP IN HERE phew Ive said it please reply tis is urgent, or can't you make cursors on it? I'm so confused please help!
