Why won't you work Logon Studio

I'm currently using Windows 7 Home Premium. I installed Logon studio and whenever i apply a logon screen, it does not change. so how can i fix this???

Are you running LogonStudio as Administrator? (I believe it needs elevated permission) UAC on or off?

Yes, every time I open Vista Studio LogOn it asks for permission, and that with Win7 UAC. I would check in your own UAC settings, that might just solve your problem.

Are you by chance running a Toshiba?
