SkinStudio..forgot how to...

I seem to have forgot how to skin the Start Menu mouse over.. someone please remind me? and also how to make it transparent for the all programs and log off/shutdown part..did it before but can't remember

You want 'Start Panel' > 'Panel Item Background'. Log Off/Shutdown is seperate under 'Start Panel' > 'Bottom Bar' > 'Log Off Buttons Background'. For transparency just don't skin the Log Off for that part, for the Places List...dunno
