Show Desktop only works sometimes?

seems like if i have trillian open and i use my show desktop link i created for ObjectDock... when i click it, nothing happens, but it works fine when only explorer windows are open... any ideas?

HI, right click taskbar,go to toolbars then select desk top, but first you have to unlock taskbar so it stays open and useable. After you select desktop, then be sure you lock toolbar again so desktop shortcut stays open.

Actually, I believe the "show desktop" command only sends a minimize command to applications showing on the task bar, so if trillian isn't on the task bar or can't be minimized, it will do nothing.
