On startup Fences appear but empty and icons in a single "stack" on desktop

Hi. I'm running Fences under Windows 7. I've suddenly encountered a problem when I turn on my PC. All of the Fences appear but the icons appear as a single stack on the desktop outside of the fences. I can restore a snapshot (if I remember to take one) but the first time it happened I had to drag each icon back to it's fence.

Try uninstalling Fences completely and then run the file below:

http://sd.stardock.com/curtHendzell/clear_fences_settings.reg

Once you do this, reboot and reinstall the latest version through Impulse.
