I know it's possible to get Death Terrain, Grassland Terrain, Desert Terrain, and Arctic Terrain simply by changing the EnvironmentTerrainType values to 1 through 4, but how about Swamp Terrain? Is it possible to set SwampTerrain as a default terrain?

Same here. That's a definite must for making sure factions start out "Truly Neutral" to one another. As it stands now I think they automatically don't like one another if one is of a different alignment. Not too sure if I agree with the "not the casual modders" part though. Even as a casual modder I would want to change the land spread type for custom races. Especially when you start getting into races that like certain types of environments and elemental types.

That's what I was trying to do, I mean that would be so perfect for the Tarth and Yithril. :( Oh well, guess I just have to wait for new patches and better mod tools.
