Elemental: War of Magic is the next MOO3.  It has suffered the same fate on my hard drive.  In fact, it is likely that MOO3's legendary release was even better than this.  'Nuff said.  Excelsior!

Lol, don't exaggerate.  You could win moo3 with the difficulty settings on MEDIUM by simply pressing the end turn button until the end of the game.  This is considerably better than that.
