I was banned because I posted that I had a non-functioning game.  Oh and that I dared to use a user created patch to fix some of the more pernicious memory leak issues that should NEVER have made it out the front door or at least have been addressed in the 3 patches that have been released.

I get it...  if someone doesn't agree with you they're stupid or a child.  You've posted this kind of "response" quite a few times now.  I'd be rather curious to see how you'd feel if a game company knocked you off their forums for something this trivial.

As noted previously, the revocation on that account was based on three points of evidence, not a whim. This can easily be resolved civilly with one private message, which seems like it'd be a lot less effort than arguing the point all night on this thread.

We're not out to get people. If you have an issue with a moderation policy or action, it's a simple matter of contacting a moderator and we will gladly clarify or investigate. It might feel better to blow off some steam in public, but it doesn't really do any benefit.

I stand by EVERYTHING I've said on Qt3 about the screwjob I've received from Stardock, both the botched game as well as the forum BS.

now about the fuss that its happening. im speaking hypothetically.lets say that i buy the game from stream or d2d.and i downloaded patch 1.06

and after that i dont have anymore internet.i didnt paid the bill whatever....after the date the game gave in the patch it sudently stops working saying login etc.since its firstly singly player game and it DOESNT REQUIRE internet con .why this consumer shouldnt be able to play the game he bought?.do u name him a pirate so u dont have legal precautions and more complains or u should pay him also with a working title?
