Why is Snapshot BLACK?

On some computers, the Snapshot is totally black.  On other computers, it is fine.  What gives?   Thanks,

To help those that will try and answer your question please identify what OS and version of Fences is giving you the totally black snapshot.  Is it the same OS and version of Fences that works on the other computer?

Are you using a program like Ultramon?  Maybe the snapshot of the desktop is multi-mon?
