Thanks for the info. I'm using it now and it looks really useful. I like the shutdown delay especially.

Doesn't look skinable though...

When it looks cool with a nice modern interface, a nifty little tool created at least 10 years ago, back in windows 95 area was much more productive and offered much more options. I still use it today, in seven, with no compatibility hassle, it's called pop-mouse. Made by a deceased company called Pointix, it is still there on few websites, registered as 'abandonware' with all things needed to use it.

You can configure little pop up windows with shortcuts, create menus and sub-menus, use some pre defined tools like mini notepad with 7 drawers (7 files always in memory), timer, calculator with programmable functions and so on. You have also access to pre defined panels with windows commands like maximize/minimize/close windows, go to the bottom of a document, open/save, etc... You can of course, copy/paste the existing resources and tweak them to suit your needs. And cherry on the top, pop-mouse reacts with mouse mouvements : a clockwise circle shows this, a counterclockwise shows that, an horizontal movement makes me go back one step at a time (very useful in browsers or explorer) and a vertical one does something else (mine swaps windows, putting the foremost in background). Ypu can have multiple tables (configuration) set and use them accordingly ! I've never find better !
