[1.06] Unable to move any unit

After patching from 1.05 to 1.06 none of my units can be moved.

Actually just fixed it, make a new save game, then load that save game

Have this happen right at the start when I join Janusk, cant do anything after that. If I join the second NPC first then everything is OK.
