Notable Location Level problem

Also unable to find the Manual of the download Version

I have a problem with getting higher Levels for the Notable Locations. The popup says I can raise the level, but it doesn't state how.

Can anyone shed some light here.

 

I'd look it up in the Manual, but I don't know how to access it using impulse (Yes, I'm new to that system)

So I'd be really grateful if someone could push me in the right direction for that as well.

It's one of paths of the Adventure tech category.

There's 3 paths to choose

One is for finding more resources on the map

One is for hiring better heroes (not sure about this I never researched it)

One is for increasing your questing level.

 

Check out the descriptions it should point you to which path to choose.

Same, Sov is lvl 4 but I still can only do lvl 3 quests ? I also have lvl 5 quests unlocked...

I do'nt thikn it is your Sovereign's level, it is the level you've unlocked through research.

I have a problem with getting higher Levels for the Notable Locations. The popup says I can raise the level, but it doesn't state how.

The dialog seems to be bugged along with text in other various places in the game. It seems the text can't fit in the box and there is no way for it to overflow leaving users with incomplete messages.

You need to research the technology called "Quests" and work your way through those. The way the mechanic works (I think) is that although you can see the locations, your heroes are not aware that they are "notable" and worth searching until you have the right technology level.
