Changing Units and sovereign size/scale (Trolls,Gnomes,etc)

Is it possible to change a sovereign's size or scale? If so what file needs to be editted. Also it doesn't appear unit scaling is working, I've tried my created faction and CoreRaceTypes. Anyone know if this is or isn't working? I'd love to be able to create Trolls, Gnomes, Dwarves.

Sure, there are a couple variables for this very thing in the sovereign's .XML file.

        <ModelScale>1.0000</ModelScale>
        <EquipmentScale>1.0000</EquipmentScale>
        <ClothMapScale>1.2000</ClothMapScale>

However, I've been having trouble getting the equipment to properly scale with the unit. Still seems to work alright for me though. Lemme know if you get it working.
