registration number

I just (re) installed My Colors on my computer after several re-formats of my hard drive. I'm getting an error message stating that the registration number is "already in use." Well of course it's already in use. Its MY registration number. . . ????? I even copy and pasted it from the email sent to me by the Stardock Team. What the heck is going on here?

Did you install it through Impulse?

If you register it once you shouldn't have to register it again, that is probably where the problem is.  As RedneckDude replied, just  open Impulse and install it.  :sun:

It may be that you have exceeded the max number of installations. Just send an email to [email protected] and they can reset it for you. You might want to try IRC via Impulse at #STARDOCK. There's usually a few techs there during US EST working hours.
