Existing Heroes have too many attributes

If you try to build your own character, you run out of attribute points if you attemtp to duplicate an existing character.

Yes, the default Sovereigns don't strictly follow the rules since they're "lore" characters.

Existing heroes don't have too many attributes, the problem is that custom sovereigns don't have enough. I think that custom sovereign's need another 20-30 points to spend (and more to spend it on, see my Traits and Abilities Mod). Also, there is a topic about the default sovereigns where it is revealed that they're VERY powerful.

I suggest creating you character and just modifying the XML for them... just don't go crazy with it, lol.
