Use the mod tools to create a tutorial?

so, i havent even had a chance to play the game yet (chomping at the bits mind you)... but perusing the forums, there are a number of posts raising concerns about simply getting started... and that the campaign doesnt provide adequate direction...

silly question: is it theoretically possible to create a "tutorial" of sorts using the mod tools?

It's possible, just have to dig into the mapmaker tool and play with the XML file for your new map/campaign.

The campaign will have much better tutorial messages in the Day-0 update. But yes, you could make your own as well if you wanted.
