[bug] ESC button causes strange effect when Hiergamenon is open

Open hiergamenon. Hit ESC, say, 5 times. Close hiergamenon. You will see the option menu. Now you will have to close it 5 times (the same number of times you clicked ESC while hiergamenon was opened) to make it disappear.
