For crashes, go into your C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental folder and upload the zipped crash dumps, and link those here too :)

I Not so good with computer. When I open C I have: Perf Logs, Program Files, Program files (x86), Users and Windows but no trace of program data! Maybe I'm not looking at the good place but really I checked everywhere!

Sorry, I should have mentioned that ProgramData is a hidden folder. In Explorer, go to Tools > Options > View, and select "Show hidden files and folders". It will show up then :)

You can use dropbox.com to upload the zips.

I feel a little bit ashamed again!lolll In explorer I got tools: then by option i'm assuming you mean internet options because it's the only title with option in it! And then no trace of Show hidden files and folders. :-(   I guess i'm a desperate case!!!loll

Try this:

Click the Start button, go to Control Panel, then Folder Options. There you should have the View tab with the "Show hidden.." option.

Sorry, I'm at work right now and this hunk of junk only has Windows XP, so I forgot how it works on Vista/7 :P

Ah ok.  My bad. the debug.err is listing the 17th instead of the 22nd.

There was another post about Aug 17th thing.. but there was no build for anyone to update off of on the 17th. So I'm not sure how that got in there. Would probably be worth looking at whatever says 17th just to be safe.

It's an error in the updated-date. It's showing the 17th even for installs last night.

matteau: I would suggest updating your video drivers...

Driver Date: 7/13/2009 21:41:53

...means your display drivers are over a year old, so that would be a good first place to start.  :)

I beleive you can bring up Impulse, click on the COMMUNITY tab on top, then the DRIVERS tab at the bottom...it should help guide you through the driver downloading process :)

Hopefully this helps!
