ALM tools at Stardock

If you don't mind me asking, I'm just curious what tools you guys use for defect/issue tracking and development workflow?

Looks like you have a ton of bugs to track and while my first passion is gaming, I also work for a company that specializes in ALM tools. We have a ton of high profile gaming customers, among others.

Please don't tell me you use Bugzilla, Fogbugz or some other Open Source piece of crap....
