[BUG] Escape not Escaping

Bug:

If I open the hiergamenon, the ESC key doesn't close the book. It does nothing. When I close the book by clicking on the X, it queue's up the option screen. I then have to click "back to game" once for each ESC I pressed. If I bang on the ESC key 5 times, I have to click on "Back to Game" 5 times.

Feature Request:

If I hit ESC to bring up the options screen and then hit ESC again, can you make it so that it automatically returns to the game?

To add to this a bug in the same category - if you hold down a key (like esc), it will continue accumulating "presses", so depending on how long you hold it down you might end up clicking "back to game" a great many times.
