[1.0.01] 2 ctd, going into combat and clicking build button

The above is when the game crashed going into combat.  I had a peasant on auto explore and he met a bear.  When I chose Battle it went into the tactical combat screen and then crashed right away.

On this one, I was looking around my fledgling kingdom and clicked the build button for a newly founded town.  I believe I was zoomed out to the cloth map.
