Decompression Error: Can not find central directory

Decompression Error: Can not find central directory.

Won't install or download. Keep getting this error. Left it all night to download expecting it to be installed. I right click Elemental in impulse and there is an option to resume download. If I do I keep getting this error. Do I need to uninstall and download again? It takes over 3 hrs for me to download. Is there a way I can keep what I have downloaded and not have to download the entire thing again?

Canceled download and redownloaded. When it begins to install gets this same error.
