Ok sorry for being stupid here, but I see people are playing the released version but I seem to have lost both my BETA version and the ability to download the released version.
Could someone, in plain English, explain whats going on and how I install the new version of Elemental

When your order is processed teh game will show up in Impulse. Once you see it there you can download and install.
Do you see it in Impulse?
Are you logged into Impulse with the same email you used to buy Elemental?
I purchased the game preorder back in January... I've been playing the BETA since then. I saw an update in Impulse, clicked it and it installed a new version of impulse but without the game.
so yes I'm using the same account!
The beta keys were disabled last week but they were all re-enabled last night. If you still can't download the game, please contact [email protected].
So to be perfectly clear: you don't see Elemental listed at all in "my games"? Do you have "show pre-release versions" checked? I don't think they have it flagged as pre-release anymore, though. Another thing to check - in the top right, hit the blue ? icon and select View Registrations. Does it say Invalid or something for Elemental? Like kryo said, it sounds like your key didn't get re-enabled somehow.
Yes its not in my games, I do have pre-release highlighted....and the registration is clearly there, with a Serial Number too.
Weird.
