Received confirmation email-no Elemental

Hello all. Preordered a few days ago. I recieved a confirmation email with my order #, but no game in Impulse under my games/software. Anyone else having this issue?

If you mean the confirmation from when you placed the order, you should receive an actual receipt email once you're charged within the next few hours. The game should appear in Impulse at that point.
