Basically the difference is in the flexibility that one has in changing thier desktop. WindowBlinds just changes the GUI and sometimes the wall if one is included. With MyColors you press apply and you will usually change the GUI, Wall, Icons and Desktop Gadgets.

Two other points:
1: Most WindowBlinds are free, while most MyColors themes are paid.
2: Most of the MC clocks won't work on 64 bit Win7. Or at least none that I have will.
The real value is in ODNT which gives you everything you need to completely transform your desktop, like WindowBlinds, Icon Packager, DesktopX, DeskScapes, and ThemeManager, which will do the same thing as MyColors, which is changing the GUI, Wall, Icons, Cursors and more. ( if they get the bugs out of TM) If you can afford it, it's the way to go imho.
WindowBlinds works on 64 bit. MyColors don't work correctly on 64 bit.
WindowBlinds is far better than MyColors...and cheaper in the long run. 
Mycolors doesn't work on windows 7, and also any mycolors skin also comes with the separate blind, icons and gadgets for those on win 7
MyColors works fine for me, Win 7, 64 bit, EXCEPT...the clocks won't work. Everything works fine only the WB skin part of MyColors haven't been updated for 7.
