Up again and waiting Its already 10:15 am here in Europe.

On my way to bed since its 3:30 am, then get up go to work, and get off at 6pm to come home and hopefully find Elemental waiting. Start download and head down to grocery store to buy groceries while impulse does its thing.

Elemental isn't due until the 23rd for beta testers, 24th for everyone else.

It is definitely the 22nd today

I will be downloading, but not until tomorrow...

They're giving us access today, Fuzzy, today on Sunday the 22nd. It's been said in the "actual" Elemental forums.

Strange, this e-mail just arrived:

Stardock?s much anticipated PC strategy game, Elemental: War of Magic arrives August 24th.  But for users who pre-order it, you will be able to begin downloading it a day early on August 23rd!

I'll keep watching Impulse then, though I expect the servers to be a bit busy.

Yeap, but it's wrong. The street date for release was broke. Frogboy said it himself that all beta testers would be getting the game tomorrow and other pre-orders are getting it later tomorrow. Frogboy's been saying all week on the Elemental forums that we'd be getting it early. Earlier in the week he said Sunday Night or early Monday but because of the street date being broke that's been moved up by another day. You can go check if you want . You'll have the game later today.

Just checked the forum (don't go there much since it changed colour - yuk!) and got the thread about the street date being broken.

I'm a bit busy today (with girlfirend type thingies) so a Monday evening download would have been convenient.

I know it's sad, but the GF comes first, gaming second...

Ahh, ok, nm, I guess you found the link I just posted. Definitely agree, gotta get sexed up by the GF before you settle in for a long gaming session.

7am here, I'm up, but it's work related.  I'm just gonna hope it will be there when I wake up (I tend to get to sleep about 8:30am)

Just finished an early morning of work in EST time zone.  Ready to download any time :) 

still kicking myself for uninstalling the beta ... then again I had win7x64 wiith ATI graphics, so I was really jazzed to get the bug fix when I saw the update.

Shouldn't be long now!!!

4:06 - going to bed. was watching a movie.

Since tonight each time I launch the beta 4 (v. 0.98)  it is pointed out that a major update is available , but it doesn´t appear in Impulse ... are you having the same frustation?.

I suppose it is due to servers being out of step, isn´t?

if you go on you-tube you can see the bloke who been playing since saturday 21st under (ewom review)   not fair!!!

But not to worry  Brads will hopefully soon sort it all out

I think it will be one of those days (nights) - we wait up for hours and hours, then go to bed - then discover it was released a second after we left the computer.
