Elemental registration invalid?

So, it's been a while since I futzed around in the beta- I preordered, so I have had beta access,  but I logged into impulse today, and tried to update elemental, and it claimed my registration was invalid.   I don't see any other support options for elemental, so I'm posting.

I double checked the emails I have with my serial #, and attempted re-registering, but it claimed the serial # was not active.

So, how should I contact support so I can provide my email address and registration info, so they can look at fixing this?

Beta is over, access is turned off until the early gold download on sunday night or monday.

Yeah, updating is disabled while they get the release set up. Your registration will start functioning again when they turn it back on :)

Whew, glad I found this thread.  Saw the invalid thing and immediately feared that I had only paid for the beta and would have to pay for the game all over again.  :) thanks for answering us panicky folks.

I hope they give us a notice/warning when we're able to play again. I had a serious high, and then a crash, after I found I couldn't play.

Sunday/Monday awaits...must be patient...

As posted in the sticky two days ago in the main Elemental forum, the Beta is over and can no longer be installed. Keys will be reactivated when we make the final game available.
