Graphic style grows on you?

So I've been reading the latest game examples and looking at most of the screen shots...

At first I admit I was not really too keen on the grahical style of Elemental.  Hey quit throwing fruit at me and let me finish!  LOL  Over time however, I am finding the graphical style is really growing on me somehow and the more time I spend exposed to it, the more I find myself liking it?

Has anybody else noticed themselves enjoying the graphics/artwork of this game more and more over time?

In Elemental, zoomed in, I don't know what I'm looking at. Are those trees? Is that a rock or a pouch I can get goodies from?
This was a major gripe from Q/A and was fixed for Gold :)  Quests and goodie huts are now very distinguishable on the main map (without looking too gamey...they actually add to the feel of the game, I think).

I find the art style elegant and beautiful.  I want something unique, and it has been provided.  This is the kind of stuff I could easily hang on the walls in my home.  I don't want photorealism.  If I wanted that, I'd walk outside.

Good to hear, that was really the only gripe I had with the graphical side of the game. Outside of animations anyway, at least in beta I didn't really like how the groups of soldiers were handled with animations. Everyone falling over at once and whatnot, it really detracts from the feel that there are 20 soldiers there and not just one.

I was a little worried about the art style at first but I really like it. The look is fantastic and different from other games. The towns look cool and when you zoom in the little animated details make it even better.
