claim several shards of same type instead of seeing each would look better to see shard with number held

from Elemental Forums

 

if you have many shards (more than 3 of each type then this screen will give the idea of the problem

huge shard count display

 

and in the kingdoms book it shows the way I think would be clearer

kingdom book same turn

as you can see in the kingdom report it shows the total count of each shard type instead of EACH shard,

I think would be a LOT clearer to show the total count of each shard type at the top of the main display

I suspect that shards are expected to be very rare in any world, usually one or at most two shards per shard type IN THE WHOLE GAME WORLD. So I do not think it is a problem.

It may be though problematic for the modes which rely on large number of shards. In this case I would put numerical value if number of shards is greater than 5, or use larger shard to signify each 5 shards.
