[Beta 4][Crash/freeze] by pressing next turn

The game has frozen and did not create any error file when I pressed the end of turn button while my units were still moving (did not finish their turn).

Had another similar freeze, but this time just moving units around, trying to understand how to group/ungroup them. Again, I played long time before this happen.
