This months WinCustomize Member Spotlight is shining on madcat21.  Madcat21 has been a member of WinCustomize since February of 2006, and resides in the UK.  Since his arrival on WinCustomize, madcat21 has submitted a bunch of skins in various categories, but mostly well known for his fabulous WindowBlinds skins that always have a unique and stylish design.
