Yet another nice concert last nite, this time the Rascal Flatts "Nothing Like This" tour for 2010.

Oh, I should add that I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the drive home from the show was, at least up until I got to the area where I got to see (from about a half- to quarter-mile back) a car fire from an accident that must have happened only moments before I got to the area.  We (my daughter and I) wound up stuck in traffic there for about 30+ minutes while the emergency responders got the road cleared and tended to the victims of the accident.  While I was tired and wanted the road opened up as soon as possible so that traffic could start flowing again, the backup wasn't that bad (though I worry that when the EMS personnel don't clear at least one lane asap and start to relieve the backup they are making things worse because inattentive individuals in the rear of the backup may wind up in another accident just compounding the situation).  Hopefully the individuals involved in the accident weren't too badly hurt.

After the last concert we'd gone to we got stuck in a road construction back-up that I half expected would have been there again, but that wasn't the case so it wasn't until closer to home that we got stuck in the backup.  We apparently avoided a big backup on the way to the show compliments of the traffic monitoring feature of my GPS.  It routed us around that backup nicely. :congrat:
