Multiple Bugs / Crash [.98]

I decided to boot up elemental since beta 3.  I ran into several bugs within 10 minutes of playing.  And then it crashed.

Bug #1:  My sovereign moves on his own if he has movements left after I click his destination.  I.e. If I click 2 squares and he has 3 movement, he will run in a random direction for move # 3.

Bug #2:  I was in city build mode, and scrolled to the right, i attempted to exit by click on the map, instead it built a 2nd study.  After i tried removing a study it said "cannot destroy, contiguous blah blah."   Of course i had only 3 buildings so this is impossible.

Bug #3: I started a quest to kill the bandits with Janus.  I killed the bandit city with my Sov.  The tactical battle exited immediately and I got no reward plus the inn vanished.

Bug #4:  I cannot edge scroll in tactical battles. 

Bug #5:  Using a spell book reward does nothing if you have 0 spell research.

Crash #1: Alt tabbed, game froze when I came back.  This happened shortly after bug #2.

And for the love of god, TELL ME WHY I CAN'T BUILD on resources.   I had a fertile land but could not build a farm.  Why not?  I even researched agriculture.  Nothing.    Yet I could build a gold mine/fire shard/iron mine with 0 research.  Makes 0 sense.
