New WikiPage for modding

Hiho,

as addressed already earlier, I have some spare webspace lying around and I'm all the time eager to learn something :-) 

I have quickly settled a modding Wiki for E:WoM and a plan is maybe to fill it later with other info. You can find it hear:

Currently, SignUp is not mandatory. But if vandalism gets to much, I most propably will enable this.

Layout is not final, I'm a guy for whom content stands before layout Will do something on the weekend.
