If you have a card like "Visa" you can buy TA from this link; https://www.galciv2.com/Purchase.aspx

Simply push the buy button and after that you get to stardock.com store. On that page you will see a button "check out", when you click on it you will found two empty bars where you have to write your email and password for your impulse account (you must have impulse installed and a account to be able to buy TA).
