Logon Studio BPM ISSUE

I am having issues with creating my own logon. Please Help

I am using LogOnStudio XP, and i am trying to create my own. The issue is that whenever i try to use a bmp image for center panel, and when i save and apply it, the image is very strange looking, it appears to have missing parts of it now, and holes within the image. What is the correct format for these pictures, what am i  doing wrong? I use 24 bitmap. What are the "rules" for the bitmap image. Thank you.

In the editor for center panel set first and last color to dead black 0,0,0.

Great, that fixed my problem i appreciate it, but now i set the setting for the center panel to stretch and the top and bottom panel visible to false....now on the bottom where the "bottom panel" is supposed to be, it is just white and a power button, what is the issue with that. And by the way i do appreciate the help. :grin:

Bottom panel can not be set to false, I have never known why it has setting to be when it will not work like top does.
